What to write about

A mistake

A wrong number, a broken explanation, a stale fact, a dead link. Say which page and what you expected instead; the page gets fixed and the correction is noted on it.

A figure or a claim

How an assumption works, why a figure differs from an exchange's, or a case the model does not cover. Include the inputs you used — nothing you type into a page on this site reaches us, so the numbers have to come with the message.

Privacy and data protection

Requests under the UK or EU GDPR, or a question about the privacy policy. Mark the subject line so it is not missed.

Copyright and legal

Complaints about content, licensing questions and anything else under the terms of use.

Business

Sponsorship and advertising enquiries. Guest posts, link exchanges, paid links and "content partnerships" are declined without exception — see about for why.

Published here because an online service provider has to make its identity and geographic address directly and permanently available, because a registered company must state its name, number and place of registration on its own site, and because somewhere asking to be trusted should say who is behind it.
